About Me
I lost my 5-year-old son in a tragic accident in Moscow in 2010. This profound loss transformed me—not just as a person, but as a coach who truly understands grief from the inside. I don't just empathize with my clients; I've walked the darkest path they're on now. In the aftermath of this devastating loss, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia—a condition that brought chronic pain, stiffness, and cognitive fog into my already challenging journey. There were days when the physical pain matched my emotional suffering, when the "fibro fog" clouded my thinking, when it would have been easy to surrender to helplessness and depression. But I chose a different path. I became a fibro warrior, drawing on my deep resilience and spirituality—two of my greatest strengths—to rise each day, not just for myself but for my husband and daughters who needed me. This battle taught me that even in our darkest moments, when both body and heart are in pain, we can find the courage to continue. I'm Nada Gawish, born in Cairo in 1980 and now a citizen of the world after living across several countries for the past 13 years. This international journey has profoundly shaped me into a truly multicultural coach who can connect authentically with diverse clients. Having lived in Europe for the last decade, my perspective has been enriched by immersion in various cultural frameworks, allowing me to create a uniquely inclusive coaching approach. Multilingual and multicultural, I was educated in French, English, and Arabic at convent schools, later adding Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian to my linguistic repertoire. After earning my Fine Arts degree from Zamalek, I spent 15 years in design management at a leading Middle East design firm before pivoting to human development with a diploma from the American University in Cairo and founding my own company in the field. My journey through grief and chronic illness became my purpose, leading me to become a certified Grief & Loss Coach. When a beloved family member was diagnosed with ADHD, I immersed myself in understanding this condition, ultimately completing a specialized diploma in ADHD Coaching from IACT Coaching Center in the USA. This makes me one of the few ICF-certified ADHD coaches worldwide certified by IACT. As an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), my mission extends beyond individual coaching. I'm dedicated to raising awareness about ADHD and navigating Grief & Loss in the Middle East. Through our coaching center, I provide support to clients, their families, caregivers, and educational institutions. I'm also affiliated with “ Dr Sam” Medical Center in Ukraine, conducting online coaching sessions and workshops globally. In-person sessions are available in Poland or Cairo by appointment. My extensive cross-cultural experience from coaching professionals in international governmental organizations, personal travels, and life as an expatriate allows me to create a truly safe space for clients from all backgrounds. Whether you're navigating grief, managing ADHD, living with chronic illness, or seeking guidance through major life transitions, I bring not just professional expertise but personal understanding to our work together. My clients don't just work with a coach—they connect with someone who has transformed personal tragedy and physical challenges into professional purpose, someone who understands that healing and growth are possible even when they seem impossible. Let's walk this path together. When you're ready to take that first step, I'll be here—not just as your coach, but as someone who truly understands.
