About Me
"Born from Experience. Driven by Purpose." I believe that true healing happens when you feel deeply understood. I’m Nada Gawish, and my path to becoming a coach wasn’t paved with textbooks, but with life itself. In 2015, I lost my 5-year-old son in a tragic accident in Moscow. That profound loss didn’t just change me as a person; it transformed me into a coach who understands grief from the inside out. I don’t just empathize with my clients; I have walked the darkest paths they are on now. Whether you are navigating the heavy fog of bereavement, a life-altering chronic illness, or the quiet grief of leaving behind everything you know, I bring both professional expertise and a personal heart to our work together. A Citizen of the World Originally from Cairo, I have spent the last 15 years building a life across five countries from Jordan and Russia to Ukraine, Poland, and now the Geneva area in Switzerland. This international journey has shaped me into a truly multicultural coach. My time residing in Ukraine during the conflict gave me firsthand insight into the psychological and social impacts of displacement and life in fragile environments. I understand the unique weight that expatriates, humanitarian staff, and mobile populations carry. I am here to help you navigate these complex transitions in Arabic, English, or French, ensuring your story is heard in the language closest to your heart. Bridging the Neurodivergent Gap My commitment to ADHD coaching began when a beloved family member was diagnosed. Seeing the daily struggles and the hidden brilliance of the neurodivergent mind led me to specialize. Today, as a Certified ADHD Coach from the iACTcenter in the USA, I work with adults, adolescents, and parents to move past the "willpower" myth. We work together to build systems that honor your unique brain focusing on task initiation, working memory, and emotional regulation so you can thrive in the workplace and at school. My Qualifications & Commitment I am a triple-certified coach and a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), adhering to the highest global ethical standards.
